First thing you need is to get your baby’s birth announcement document from the hospital where he/she got birth. The best way is to set on the internet and visit the ministry of interior website (click here https://eservices.moi.gov.sa/ES/LogInPages/LoginEn.aspx ) or simply http://eservices.moi.gov.sa You can just follow the unregistered users section by filling your ID number, then fill the form and print it.
Documents you need:
- Baby’s father passport + IQAMA (photo copies)
- Baby’s mother passport + IQAMA (photo copies)
- The Birth Announcement document
- and the document you printed from the above said website.
Collect all the documents and go to the above said location.
When you reach the building enter through the small gate pass by the security guard small room straight to the parking and through the parking you will reach a very big Hall. on the right of the parking are two other rooms also but they are not for you. The big hall is the place you should go to. The first thing to do is to stand in a queue and get a ticket number (it is the place where you will see a security scanning machine, not in use now). Then go to window number 3, if there is no one, wait and when someone comes there just handover your documents to him. He will tell you when shall you come back to get the birth certificate (often the next day). Reach on the time the guy told you and wait inside. Another guy will come and he will announce your name, if you miss you have to wait at least for half an hour, or you can go to the window and request them by showing your ID card.
